Closing the Loop Dinner at Higher Ground

Delicious dinner and conversation at Higher Ground in Melbourne's CBD, a side event to the 2018 New Economy Network Australia Conference.

By partnering with social enterprises such as Farmwall, who supply organic mirco-herbs and greens for their dishes, and Wormlovers who supply vermiculture solutions to divert kitchen scraps from landfill, Higher Ground employ leading edge closed loop solutions in their commercial kitchen every day.

They also blur the line between market gardener and chef by sourcing directly from their own farm on the Mornington Peninsula. Chefs spend considerable time tending to their crops further enhancing the provenance story of their produce.
