Working in the educational sector for many years both on job private RTO and the TAFE environments.
Specialist areas include; Sustainability and sustainable land management systems, agriculture and food production systems, warehousing and supply chain logistics, through to hospitality and the catering industry.
In recent years i have been building my awareness, understanding ands skills towards circular economies and life cycling assessments / thinking. Using techniques of Behavioral Change in community resilience, how will communities adapt to disruptive and unplanned change because of various factors?
In 2022 I will be researching and developing Sustainability specific educational resources, looking at issues and activities form various stages of the food systems supply chain. With the financial support of the Department of Education and Training DET International scholarship award ISS, I intend to travel internationally visiting regional communities providing case studies in learning.
