Sonia is a qualified nutritionist and has been involved in food and health for the last 10 years, which included establishing and running her own unique speciality providore in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Prior to that, Sonia had 15 years of experience in the finance, insurance, International aid, transport and HR consulting sector and worked at senior and national levels. Sharing food is Sonia's love language, and believes that sharing food stories builds identity and sense of self. Sonia is a very keen experimental home cook and is a mother of 3, and has recently been exploring her German heritage by working her way through an heirloom family cookbook.
