Garfield Community Garden has become a space of sharing, a destination for many to engage with nature.
Learning & Sharing together - Being active.
- Celebrating Growing food together we build community resilience; harvests are shared with members and the wider community.
We learn from each other - sharing skills, resources and information on sustainability, horticulture, health and well-being. Workshops - propagation, horticulture, urban agriculture Community Composting -encouraging domestic food production, sustainability and healthy eating.
-A place to belong. be active, learn and share. The garden grows from the support of the Garfield Community Association. Every Saturday 10am – 12noon & some mid week days
