My application of nutrition and behavioural epidemiology to identify the role dietary patterns play in health, developed through my PhD and subsequent research positions, enables a unique exploration of how dietary patterns corelate with socio-demographics, health-behaviours and disease risk.
A new interest is to extend my work on diet and planetary-health to explore how garden-based interventions increase local plant-based food security, and health and wellbeing.
