Little Cedar

Our goal is to keep things simple, natural, and personal.

With Lebanese and French backgrounds, a Mining Engineer and an Agricultural Scientist decided to live on a farm and have a few goats!

From there we took the plunge to create our "Little Cedar" business. At Little Cedar farm we have Saanen goats and we their milk to make wholesome and tasty farmhouse goat cheese. The business began in 2020 with only 8 lactating goats, and will grow to no more than 20 good lactaters.

In 2021 we opened Little Cedar Cafe at our place on the farm. We serve our cheese on crepes or on grazing platters to give guests a taste of the produce in the context of a meal and a farm visit.
